Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which had broken your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
