The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 and drowned the others. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
