Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
