And indeed this Qur’an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 the Faithful Spirit has brought it down 193 upon your heart (Prophet Muhammad), in order to be one of the warners, 194 In a clear Arabic language. 195 And lo! it is in the Scriptures of the men of old. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 And if We had revealed it unto one of any other nation than the Arabs, 198 And he had recited it unto them, they would not have believed in it. 199 In this wise have We made way for it into the hearts of the culprits. 200 they will not believe in it till they behold the grievous suffering 201 It will come upon them unawares, and they will not comprehend it. 202 Then will they say: "Can we be given respite?" 203 What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 204 What thinkest thou? If We give them enjoyment of days for many years, 205 Then there comes to them that with which they are threatened, 206 Of what avail shall their enjoyment be to them? 207 And We destroyed not a city but it had its warners. 208 To warn. For We are never unjust. 209 The satans have not revealed the Quran; 210 And it behoves them not, and they have not the power to do (it). 211 Most surely they are far removed from the hearing of it. 212 Hence, [O man,] do not invoke any other deity side by side with God, lest thou find thyself among those who are made to suffer [on Judgment Day]. 213 And warn thou thy clan, the nearest ones. 214 And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers. 215 And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing." 216 And rely thou upon the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who seeth thee when thou standest up (to pray) 218 And your movement among those who prostrate. 219 Verily! He, only He, is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. 220 Shall I inform you, (O people!), on whom it is that the evil ones descend? 221 They descend on every lying sinner, 222 Who listens to you (for spreading rumours); but most of them are liars. 223 As for poets, the erring follow them. 224 hast thou not seen how they wander in every valley 225 And that they say what they do not do. 226 Except those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, and remember Allah much, and reply back (in poetry) to the unjust poetry (which the pagan poets utter against the Muslims). And those who do wrong will come to know by what overturning they will be overturned. 227
