BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 abounding in branches -- 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 61 And besides them, there are two more Gardens. 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 69 In these [gardens] will be [all] things most excellent and beautiful. 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 73 No man or jinn ever touched them before. 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining upon cushions green and carpets beauteous. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of your Lord (Allah), the Owner of Majesty and Honour. 78

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
