Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 and has made the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 preferring the present life, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
