۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
