Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
I say the truth, and call the moon to witness, 32 And the night when it withdraweth 33 and the dawn when it is white, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 as a warner to mortals. 36 a warning to everyone of you whether he would like to come forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 Except those on the right side. 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 concerning the sinners, 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 and we did not feed the needy. 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 and we denied the Day of Judgement 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 What ails them, that they turn away from the Reminder, 49 like frightened donkeys 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Indeed, everyone of them desires to have sheets of revelations unfolded before them -- 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
