Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 who show off, 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
