The people of Aykah also gave the lie to the Messengers. 176 when Shuaib said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 177 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 178 I ask of you no wage for this; 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Fill up the measure, do not be among the cheats, 181 "And weigh with the true and straight balance. 182 and do not defraud people in their property or spread evil in the land. 183 Have fear of the One who has created you and the generations that lived before you." 184 They said, "You are only of those affected by magic. 185 "You are but a human being like us and verily, we think that you are one of the liars! 186 "So cause a piece of the heaven to fall on us, if you are of the truthful!" 187 He said, “My Lord is Well Aware of what you do.” 188 In response they denied him – therefore the punishment of the day of the tent* seized them; that was indeed a punishment of a Great Day. (The clouds formed a tent and rained fire upon them). 189 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not Muslims. 190 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 191
