Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who dissimulate 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
