The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 who has created and shaped, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
