Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say to them (O Muhammad SAW) "Travel in the land and see how has been the end of the criminals (those who denied Allah's Messengers and disobeyed Allah)." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 And they ask: 'When will this promise come, if what you say is true' 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Surely, your Lord is bountiful to the people; yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 There is nothing that is hidden - be it in the heaven or the earth - but is recorded in a Clear Book. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 And verily it is a guidance and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82
