Say: 'I am only a warner. There is not any god but God, the One, the Omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 From which you turn away. 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 He said: Go forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast, 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) “I do not ask any fee from you for the Qur’an, and I am not a fabricator.” 86 It is nothing but a reminder to the nations; 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
