Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 53 Reclining upon thrones that are lined with brocade, with the fruit of both Gardens close enough to be picked from under. 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 55 There will be bashful maidens untouched by mankind or jinn before. 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides those two will be yet two [other] gardens 62 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain beli? 63 Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 73 untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 74 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
