Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
