Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
Yes, never! Hell will never spare the disbelievers. By oath of the moon. 32 and the night when it retreats 33 And [by] the morning when it brightens, 34 Surely it (hell) is one of the gravest (misfortunes), 35 A warning for people -- 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul will be a pledge for that which it hath earned, 38 Save those who will stand on the right hand. 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 of those who were lost in sin: 41 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)' 42 They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer their Salat (prayers) 43 And we have not been feeding the poor. 44 and we plunged along with the plungers, 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 until certainty came upon us [in death]." 47 So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them. 48 Then what is the matter with them that they turn away from admonition?- 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 No indeed; each one of them desires that open letters be sent to each of them. 52 Nay, but they do not [believe in and hence, do not] fear the life to come. 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 so whoever wills shall remember it. 55 But they will not remember except as God wills: He is worthy to be feared, and He is worthy of forgiving 56
