The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not bring their plan to naught? 2 And sent hordes of chargers flying against them, 3 pelting them with stones of baked clay, 4 And turned them into pastured fields of corn? 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
