Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I will fulfill (My) covenant with you; and of Me, Me alone, should you be afraid. 40 And believe in that which I have sent down confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and barter not My revelations for a small price, and Me alone shall ye fear. 41 Confound not truth with falsehood, nor knowingly conceal the truth. 42 Establish worship, pay the poor-due, and bow your heads with those who bow (in worship). 43 ۞ Would you order people to do good deeds and forget to do them yourselves even though you read the Book? Why do you not think? 44 Find strength in fortitude and prayer, which is heavy and exacting but for those who are humble and meek, 45 who reckon that they shall meet their Lord and that unto Him they are returning. 46
