AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
