The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
