And indeed this Qur’an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 Which the trusted spirit descended with 193 Upon your heart (O Muhammad SAW) that you may be (one) of the warners, 194 in the clear Arabic tongue. 195 And indeed it is mentioned in the earlier Books. 196 Is it not a token for them that the doctors of the Children of Israel know it? 197 Had We revealed it to a non-Arab 198 And he had read it unto them, they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Quran) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 200 They will not believe therein until they behold the torment afflictive. 201 So it will come upon them suddenly, whilst they will be unaware. 202 and then they will say: 'Shall we be respited' 203 Would they (now) hasten on Our doom? 204 What thinkest thou? If We give them enjoyment of days for many years, 205 Yet there comes to them at length the (Punishment) which they were promised! 206 That which they were made to enjoy shall not avail them? 207 We never destroyed a village that did not have warners 208 for a reminder; and never did We wrong. 209 No evil ones have brought down this (Revelation): 210 it behoves them not, neither are they able. 211 Lo! verily they are banished from the hearing. 212 So do not call any other god beside Allah lest you become of those who will be punished, 213 Warn your close relatives 214 And lower thy wing to the Believers who follow thee. 215 So if they do not obey you, then say, “Indeed I am unconcerned with what you do.” 216 And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 217 Who sees you when you arise 218 And thy movements among those who prostrate themselves, 219 Indeed only He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 220 [And] shall I tell you upon whom it is that those evil spirits descend? 221 They descend on every lying, wicked person, 222 The satans try to listen to the heavens but many of them are liars. 223 And the astray follow the poets. 224 Do you not see that in every valley they roam 225 and they say what they do not do? 226 [Most of them are of this kind] save those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds, and remember God unceasingly, and defend themselves [only] after having been wronged, and [trust in God's promise that] those who are bent on wrongdoing will in time come to know how evil a turn their destinies are bound to take! 227
