O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: 60 Accursed, wherever found, they shall be seized and killed with a (terrible) slaughter. 61 [This is] the established way of Allah with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of Allah any change. 62 PEOPLE will ask thee about the Last Hour. Say: "Knowledge thereof rests with God alone; yet for all thou knowest, the Last Hour may well be near!" 63 God has condemned the unbelievers and prepared for them a burning torment 64 In which they will remain forever; in it they will find neither a protector nor any supporter. 65 On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: "Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." 66 And they will say, “Our Lord! We followed our chiefs and our elders – so they misled us from the path!” 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
