Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
I swear by Ya Sin 1 By the Qur'an full of wisdom. 2 you (Prophet Muhammad) are truly among the Messengers sent 3 on a Straight Way, 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Assuredly the word hath been justified against most of them, wherefore they shall not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 It is the same whether you have warned them or you have not warned them, they do not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12
