And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 We left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among the following generations -- 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
