Everyone on earth is destined to die. 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 32 O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority. 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 36 And when the heaven will split, it will appear like a rose painted red. 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 For on that Day neither man nor invisible being will be asked about his sins. 39 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 40 The criminals will be recognised from their faces, so will be caught by their forelocks and feet, and thrown into hell. 41 Which of the powers of your Lord, will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 42 This is hell which the guilty deny. 43 They will go between it (Hell) and the boiling hot water! 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
