Believers, fear God as is His due, and when death comes, be in a state of complete submission to Him. 102 And hold fast, all together, unto the bond with God, and do not draw apart from one another. And remember the blessings which God has bestowed upon you: how, when you were enemies, He brought your hearts together, so that through His blessing you became brethren; and [how, when] you were on the brink of a fiery abyss, He saved you from it. In this way God makes clear His messages unto you, so that you might find guidance, 103 Let there be a group among you who call others to good, and enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong: those who do this shall be successful. 104 And be not as those who divided and differed among themselves after the clear proofs had come to them. It is they for whom there is an awful torment. 105 On the day when some faces will become white and others black, God will ask the people with the faces which have become black, "Why did you give up your faith? Now suffer the torment for your disbelief". 106 And as to those whose faces turn white, they shall be in Allah's mercy; in it they shall-abide. 107 These are God's revelations; We recite them to you in all truth. God desires no injustice to mankind. 108 To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth and to Him do all things return. 109
