▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
All that is on the earth is passing, 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 30 We shall soon be free to turn to you, O weary caravans, 31 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 32 Tribe of jinn and of human, if you are able to penetrate the provinces of heaven and earth, pass through them! But you shall not pass through except with a power! 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 36 And when the heaven will be rent in sunder and will become rosy like unto red hide. 37 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Which of the powers of your Lord, will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 45
