۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
