Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
