Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 And he gave a little, then refrained? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 and Abraham, he who paid his debt in full? 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 And that man shall have nothing but what he strives for- 39 He will certainly see the result of his labor 40 whereupon he shall be requited for it with the fullest requital; 41 And that thy Lord, He is the goal; 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 That it is He Who granteth Death and Life; 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From seed when it is emitted. 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 And that He only is the Lord of the star Sirius? 49 And that He destroyed the former (tribe of) A'ad, 50 And Thamud (people). He spared none of them. 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 And the overthrown cities did He overthrow, 53 So that there covered them that which did cover. 54 So O listener! Which favour of your Lord will you doubt? 55 This is a warner, of the warners of old. 56 The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Do you then wonder at this recital (the Quran)? 59 And laugh and not weep? 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 So prostrate yourselves before God and worship him. ۩ 62
