▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 47 With spreading branches. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 therein two fountains of running water -- 50 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them. 56 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 65 In which will be two fountains gushing forth. 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
