And the dwellers of Al Hijr also belied the Messengers. 80 And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them. 81 And they used to carve dwellings in the hills, without fear. 82 But the shriek seized them at early morning. 83 and whatever they had been earning proved of no avail. 84 And We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, except with the Truth; and indeed the Last Day will come, therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), forbear graciously. 85 Your Lord is the Creator, the Knower. 86 And We have certainly given you, [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur'an. 87 Do not strain your eyes towards the worldly benefits We have bestowed on some of them, nor grieve on their account. Lower your wing of mercy for the believers 88 and say: "Behold, I am indeed the plain warner [promised by God]! 89 Like as We sent down on the dividers 90 who have broken the Koran into parts, 91 But, by thy Sustainer! [On the Day of Judgment] We shall indeed call them to account, one and all, 92 concerning that they were doing. 93 Therefore proclaim openly (Allah's Message Islamic Monotheism) that which you are commanded, and turn away from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, and disbelievers, etc. - see V. 2:105). 94 verily, We shall suffice thee against all who [now] deride [this message - all] 95 Who set up along with Allah another god; presently they shall know. 96 Indeed, We know your chest is straitened by that they say. 97 So hallow thou the praise of thy Lord, and be thou of the prostrate. 98 And serve thy Lord until there come unto thee the Hour that is Certain. 99
