1/2 Hizb 54
< random >
۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
