۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
