Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 From the mischief of created things; 2 I seek His protection against the evil of the invading darkness, 3 And from the evil of the women blowers upon knots, 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
