Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said, "We have given you the glad news for a true reason so do not despair". 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
