Al-nahl 7 of 16
۞ God says: 'Take not to you two gods. He is only One God; so have awe of Me.' 51 Whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him, and His the judgement for ever. So will you fear any other than God? 52 And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah. Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help. 53 yet no sooner does He relieve your distress than some among you set up other partners besides their Lord, 54 In order to deny the favours We have given them; so enjoy a little; for you will soon come to know. 55 They set aside a share of that which We have provided them for what they did not know. By Allah, you shall be questioned about your forgeries! 56 And they assign unto Allah daughters - Be He Glorified! - and unto themselves what they desire; 57 And when there is announced unto any of them a female his countenance remainoth darkened the whole day and he is wroth inwardly. 58 In his shame he hides himself away from his people, because of the bad news he has been given. Should he keep her and feel disgraced or bury her in the dust? How ill they judge! 59 The attribute of evil applies to those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while to God applies the highest attribute, for He is Mighty, the Wise. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
