The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
