And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
