Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 So you wait. They are also waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
