Say: 'I call only upon my Lord, and I do not associate with Him anyone. 20 Say, "Indeed, I do not possess for you [the power of] harm or right direction." 21 Say: "No one can save me from God, nor can I find a place of refuge apart from Him, 22 (It is) only a delivering (of communications) from Allah and His messages; and whoever disobeys Allah and His Apostle surely he shall have the fire of hell to abide therein for a long time. 23 Till the time when they will see what they are promised – so they will now come to know whose aide is weak, and who is lesser in number. 24 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I do not know whether what you are promised is close or if my Lord will postpone it for a while.” 25 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen, and He revealeth unto none His secret, 26 Save unto every messenger whom He hath chosen, and then He maketh a guard to go before him and a guard behind him 27 So that He may know that they have truly delivered the messages of their Lord, and He encompasses what is with them and He records the number of all things. 28
True are the words of God the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
