Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 As for the earth, We have stretched it out and have cast on it firm mountains, and have caused to grow in it everything well-measured. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
