۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a book that is protected 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 If he is among the near 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then the welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
