The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 There is no denying that it will befall - 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 And the hills are ground to powder 5 and become like scattered dust particles, 6 You shall then become three groups. 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 And the forerunners, the forerunners - 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, 15 reclining on them, arrayed face to face; 16 immortal youths going round about them 17 With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 and there shall be wide-eyed maidens, 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk nor any sinful speech. 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 and clustered bananas, 29 And extended shade, 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 and fruits abounding 32 Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden, 33 And couches raised up. 34 Verily We! We have created those maidens by a creation. 35 and made them virgins, 36 Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age, 37 for the people of the right hand 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
