People of Hijr rejected the Messengers. 80 We sent them Our Signs, but they persisted in turning away from them. 81 And they used to carve dwellings in the hills, without fear. 82 But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning; 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Surely your Lord is the Creator and knows (everything). 86 (Muhammad), We have given you the seven most repeated (verses) and the great Quran. 87 Stretch not thine eyes to that We have given pairs of them to enjoy; and do not sorrow for them, and lower thy wing unto the believers, 88 And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"- 89 even as We had sent warning to those who had divided their religion into fragments; 90 those who had split up their Qur'an into pieces. 91 Therefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account, 92 about what they did. 93 Therefore proclaim openly (Allah's Message Islamic Monotheism) that which you are commanded, and turn away from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, and disbelievers, etc. - see V. 2:105). 94 We are surely sufficient to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 and those who set up other gods with Allah, indeed, they will soon know. 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 Exalt with the praise of your Lord and be one of those who prostrate. 98 And serve your Lord until there comes to you that which is certain. 99
