We sent Noah to his people, and he said: "O people worship God; you have no other god but He; for I fear the retribution of the great Day may fall on you." 59 The leaders of his people said: "Ah! we see thee evidently wandering (in mind)." 60 'I am not in error, my nation' he replied. 'I am a Messenger from the Lord of the Worlds 61 sent to preach to you the message of my Lord and to give you good advice. I know what you do not know about God. 62 “And are you surprised that an advice came to you from your Lord through a man amongst you, so that he may warn you and that you may fear, and so that there be mercy upon you?” 63 But they belied him, so We saved him and those along with him in the ship, and We drowned those who belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). They were indeed a blind people. 64
