To those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah, after suffering oppression,- We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world; but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater. If they only realised (this)! 41 such are those who are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 42 We sent not any before thee, except men to whom We revealed: 'Question the people of the Remembrance, if it should be that you do not know -- 43 With evidences and scriptures We sent them. And We have sent down unto thee the admonition that thou mayest expound unto mankind that which hath been revealed toward them, and that haply they may reflect. 44 Do they feel secure, those who devise evil things, that God will not cause the earth to swallow them, or that the chastisement will not come upon them, from whence they are not aware? 45 or that He will not take them to task [suddenly] in the midst of their comings and goings, without their being able to elude [Him,] 46 Or that He may not seize them by causing them to suffer gradual loss, for your Lord is most surely Compassionate, Merciful. 47 Do they not look at Allah's creation, (even) among (inanimate) things,- How their (very) shadows turn round, from the right and the left, prostrating themselves to Allah, and that in the humblest manner? 48 Everything in the heavens and all the creatures on the earth prostrate themselves before God, as do the angels, and they do not behave proudly: 49 They fear their Lord above them and do that which they are commanded. ۩ 50
