The unbelievers should not think that they can really escape Us or that they can never be defeated. 59 And prepare against them what force you can and horses tied at the frontier, to frighten thereby the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them, whom you do not know (but) Allah knows them; and whatever thing you will spend in Allah's way, it will be paid back to you fully and you shall not be dealt with unjustly. 60 ۞ If they (the unbelievers) propose peace, accept it and trust in God. God is All-hearing and All-knowing. 61 Should they intend to deceive thee,- verily Allah sufficeth thee: He it is That hath strengthened thee with His aid and with (the company of) the Believers; 62 And (as for the believers) hath attuned their hearts. If thou hadst spent all that is in the earth thou couldst not have attuned their hearts, but Allah hath attuned them. Lo! He is Mighty, Wise. 63 God is sufficient for you, O Prophet, and the faithful who follow you. 64
