The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, "It may be that a part of what you would hasten on is close behind you." 72 "Verily, your Lord is full of Grace for mankind, yet most of them do not give thanks." 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 Nor is there aught of the unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record. 75 Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Indeed your Lord will decide between them by His judgement. He is All-Mighty, All-Knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
